this is how we do it...

what up everyone? this post is all about the 'slowd n throwd' process and i've even got a video explanation. the video uses all original music to demonstrate the difference between a regular and 'CnS' track. it's kinda like an 'a/b' view.

anyway, i hope y'all enjoy it and i'll let the video do the talking.

p.s. the background music is supposed to be quite, so be careful when adjusting the volume. if u turn it up so that the background music is loud, the demo music is gonna blow your speakers, and your ear drums!.

  1. I can say that I totally learned something from that video. Audio's not my thing, and I just got a lesson in choppin' and screwin', so thanks! I totally get why that turntables are the way to do it, but do any dj's work off a computer and chop and screw live? Or is it too hard to work off a computer in that scenario. Awesome vid'.

  2. This video is really well put together. It moves quickly to hold the viewer’s attention and the quality is retained so that the viewer can see exactly what you are doing with the software. As someone who enjoys video production, this video was a good opportunity for me to get some exposure to audio production. I can see these types of videos appealing to a wider audience, beyond just production students and professionals, because of their user-friendly instruction. I noticed that you took the time to correct the very minor spelling errors that were pointed out in class and reposted the video. That level of detail means that you actually care about your subject matter and is important, especially in trying to get noticed on the Internet these days. I enjoyed your digital storytelling project and would love to see more similar instructional projects like this in the future.
